Presentation Guide
Oral presentations will be 20 minutes including time for questions.
Keynote presentations will be 40 minutes including time for questions.
Presentations must be set up prior to the beginning of the session.
Preferred: Bring your presentation on a memory stick compatible with a PC computer.
Alternatively: Personal laptop computers may be used, but you must ensure compatibility with the LCD projector prior to the start of the session. Also bring a memory stick as a backup.
POSTERS
The size of Posters should be (vertical): 90cm width x 110cm height*
Appropriate materials will be provided to allow you to attach your poster to the board.
Please note that it is your responsibility to remove your poster by the designated poster take down time. Any posters remaining after the take down time will be removed by the organizers and discarded
